As the qualified professional I am actively looking for new career opportunities.

MY AIM: Willing to develop with the strong team of the leading company, work with people and make their life better developing an HR area that will effectively support the overall aims of the organization.

- Work experience in the Russian and foreign holding structures, in trade and production companies, the telecommunication company, in catering establishment, including in the companies of the stage "start up" with personnel numbering 6 000 staff;
- Expert knowledge in all HR areas (mass recruitment, assessment, T&D, motivation, performance management, HR administration, corporate culture, health and safety and etc.);
- Successful experience of checks by State authorities: Labour inspection, Office of Public Prosecutor, Migration service, Tax inspection, Pension fund, Military service;
- Experience of recruitment of regional staff and effective closing of vacancies of top level and exclusive specialists;
- Successful experience of implementation of Policies and Procedures;
- High level of workability and self-organization, strategic thinking, diplomacy, result-oriented, willing to professional development, excellent communication skills, ability to work in team and independently, ability to work in the multitasking mode, ability to solve conflict situations, decency;
- Readiness for business trips in large volume of working hours;
- English - the UPPER INTERMEDIATE level;
- I like challenging projects, I am able to create effective team work for achievement of business results;
- since 2006 - the member of the National Union of HR.

Skilled computer user: MS Office, 1С, ORACLE, Consultant Plus.

MY hobbies: sport, photography, traveling, professional learning.

Recommendations can be given from each company where I have been working.
